Guest list questions
How do you handle guests who don’t RSVP?
We send two friendly reminders, then a personal call or message. Final numbers are confirmed with your caterer one week out — with a small buffer built in.
Assigned seats or open seating?
For dinners over 40 guests we recommend assigned tables; for the ceremony, guided open seating keeps things relaxed. We will advise based on your crowd.
Can you manage dietary requirements?
Yes — allergies and preferences are captured at RSVP, mapped to the seating chart, and briefed to the caterer and every server on the day.
