Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–14 months ahead, but we regularly plan beautiful weddings in 4–6 months. If your date is sooner, ask — we keep two short-notice slots per season.
What does full planning cost?
Full planning begins at $4,800 and scales with guest count and complexity. Partial planning and day-of direction start lower — every quote is itemised, with no vendor commissions.
Do you work outside New York?
Yes. Around 40% of our weddings are destination celebrations across the US and Europe. Travel is billed at cost and agreed in writing before we begin.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely. We are happy to work with vendors you love, and equally happy to match you with trusted partners from our network of 250+ professionals.
What happens on the wedding day?
Two coordinators arrive before the first vendor, run the rehearsal briefing, manage the timeline, handle surprises quietly, and stay until the last dance — radios on, smiles on.
